26 & 2 Hot Yoga (Bikram)

A consistent 90-minute class featuring 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. This practice is designed to work your entire body, improving strength, flexibility, and balance. The predictable sequence makes it perfect for beginners to learn and track their progress, while still being a rewarding challenge for all levels.

A shorter, 60-minute version of our popular 26 & 2 class. This hot yoga session includes the same number of poses and breathing exercises to boost strength and flexibility in a condensed format, perfect for a quick reset. Welcoming to all levels, it’s a great way to experience the benefits of the full class in less time.

Express 26 Hot Yoga

A dynamic and fluid Vinyasa class where movement is synchronized with breath. This practice takes place in a heated room and is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered to help you find your personal flow. It's a great way to build strength and mindfulness in a fun, active class.

Hot Union Flow

This class combines the foundational elements of yoga with strength training. Using light weights and bodyweight exercises in a heated environment, this practice is designed to sculpt and tone muscles while improving flexibility and balance. No experience is necessary; just bring your mat and an open mind.

Hot Sculpt

This is a more vigorous and advanced Vinyasa flow, connecting breath to movement in a dynamic, heated environment. While this class offers a rewarding challenge, all levels are welcome to explore and grow at their own pace. Expect to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Hot Union Power

A mindful, slow-paced Vinyasa class focusing on alignment and breath. This non-heated class is ideal for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their connection to each pose. It allows you to build strength and flexibility with intention, without the rush.

Union Slow Flow

A non-heated, restorative class where poses are held for an extended period (3-5 minutes or more). This practice targets the body's connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility for a deeper sense of release and relaxation. It is a perfect complement to more active practices and is suitable for everyone.

To secure your spot for a yoga class at Union Yoga Studio, you have the option to download our app and make a reservation, or you can choose to walk in to the studio 15-20 minutes prior to the class starting time. Either way, we look forward to welcoming you!

Cancellations

If a student fails to cancel a class reservation at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time or does not show up for a reserved class, a $25 fee will be charged to their account. This fee aims to encourage accountability and ensure that all students have fair access to our classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy.

Late Policy

As a gentle reminder, we do our best to accommodate unexpected delays. Please understand that for the safety and well-being of all, our studio doors will be securely locked once class begins. If you are going to be late, please email or call the studio. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
