A little bit about me… I was born and raised here in Powell then graduated from Otterbein University with a degree in nursing with minors in leadership studies and nutrition. In my core I am an ER nurse; working in the ER sparked my interest in preventative care. I’m passionate about helping others work towards being the version of themselves they want to be through health and wellness. My love of yoga and Pilates along with the heated room started in 2020 and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve been teaching Inferno Hot Pilates since the fall of 2022 and recently added on a Mat Pilates. I’m looking forward to meeting the community of Union Yoga and getting to know you more!
