Constructed over six months and opened in January 2025, every detail of Union Yoga — from the antimicrobial Lonseal flooring to the ceramic infrared heat panels — was chosen with your health, comfort, and peace of mind in mind.

Most hot studios blast superheated, humid air at you with forced-air furnaces. We use ceramic infrared panels mounted in the ceiling instead. Like standing in the sun, they radiate warmth directly onto you and everything in the room, so the air stays lighter and easier to breathe while your body warms evenly, head to toe.
