Class list coming soonER nurse turned movement teacher. Born & raised in Powell, passionate about preventative care through movement.
Hey there! My name is Katie. I am so excited to be on this journey with you and to be teaching in my hometown. A little bit about me: I was born and raised here in Powell, then graduated from Otterbein University with a degree in nursing and minors in leadership studies and nutrition. At my core I am an ER nurse. Working in the ER sparked my interest in preventative care — I'm passionate about helping others work towards being the version of themselves they want to be through health and wellness.
My love of yoga and the heated room started in 2020, and I've been hooked ever since. I began teaching in the fall of 2022. I'm looking forward to meeting the community of Union Yoga and getting to know you more.

Kathy Morgan
500-hr RYT · Ayurveda · Creative Flow · Yin
Yin Hot Union Flow Union Slow Flow500-hour teacher and Ayurveda-trained. Creative flows, deep yin, and restorative nidra — a space to listen and come home to yourself.
Kathy Morgan is a 500-hour yoga teacher and 300-hour trained in Ayurveda who believes yoga is more than movement — it’s a space to listen, soften, and come home to yourself.
She loves teaching all styles of yoga, with a special passion for creative flows, deep yin, and restorative yoga nidra practices that allow students to slow down and reconnect. Kathy enjoys physically challenging her students, but her true calling is creating an environment where they feel seen, supported, and safe to grow — both on and off the mat.
For Kathy, yoga has always been more than a workout. It has been a refuge — a place to tune inward and ask, What do I need today? That same intention guides her teaching.
Outside the studio, Kathy teaches middle school PE and Health at Olentangy Local School District and works as an online fitness and nutrition coach. She wears many hats, but at the heart of everything she does is a desire to help others build strength, resilience, and self-trust.
When she’s not teaching, you can find her painting, exploring national parks, climbing mountains, and chasing experiences that quite literally take her breath away.
