Strength in Union

You don't need to be flexible.

Union exists to leave people better than they came in.

It's the largest hot yoga studio in Columbus. Wall-to-wall mirrors, a cushioned, moisture-free floor, and radiant heat that warms your muscles without stealing your breath. Every way to practice, from a 105° classical room to an 85° slow flow, every one open to every level.

Why it feels different

Four things you feel in the first class.

01

Radiant heat, not forced air

Radiant panels warm your body directly — the way the sun does on a cool day — instead of blasting hot air across the room. The heat reaches your muscles, spreads evenly wall to wall, and never roars in your face. You breathe easier, and the sweat runs deeper.

02

A floor that never drinks your sweat

A floor built for hot rooms: a sealed, non-absorbent surface, so sweat stays on top and wipes clean instead of soaking in. The room stays fresh — and a cushioned layer underneath takes the load off your knees, hips, and wrists.

03

Mirrors, wall to wall

Find your own alignment without a teacher hovering — watch yourself, correct yourself, at your own pace.

04

A cold towel after every class

Your teacher hands you a cold lavender towel on the way out — every class, every student.

Thirteen teachers, one studio

Nobody stays a stranger here.

We came to yoga through different doors — ER nursing, gymnastics, a twenty-year practice that started in Scottsdale — and stayed.
