Thirteen teachers, one studio. We came to yoga by different paths — ER nursing, gymnastics, a decade in health and wellness, a twenty-year practice that began in Scottsdale — and stayed to teach it.

Pooja has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, she took her first 26 & 2 class in Scottsdale, Arizona! She began teaching in 2022, focusing on the 26 & 2 series.
Since teaching her first class, she has found great joy in helping students feel their best and challenge themselves. Personally, her own practice continues to shift, grow and deepen each time she steps on her mat! Being in the hot room with our growing community of Union Yoga is a great pleasure and joy!
Outside of Union, she spends time with her husband, 2 kids and fur baby!

Natasha Moore

Teaching since 2020 — traditional 26 & 2 and dynamic Vinyasa, for the mental and physical challenge both.

Natasha began teaching yoga in 2020, specializing in the traditional Hot 26&2 and dynamic Vinyasa styles. She loves the mental and physical challenge these practices offer and is passionate about guiding students to achieve something new in their practice, whether through deeper alignment, increased strength, or personal breakthroughs. Her classes focus on creating a supportive and encouraging space for all bodies to grow.
Outside the studio, Natasha enjoys spending time outdoors with her two golden retrievers and family. Whether hiking, exploring nature, or simply soaking in the fresh air, she finds balance and inspiration in the great outdoors.

First wandered into the hot room in 2015; leading hot sculpt since 2022.

Sandra first wandered into the hot room in 2015 seeking to destress from a rigid study schedule. She has been leading hot sculpt since 2022 and enjoys the balance between mind and body that she finds in practice, as well as the opportunity, as a teacher, to push students further into their own potential.

Hey there! My name is Katie. I am so excited to be on this journey with you and to be teaching in my hometown. A little bit about me… I was born and raised here in Powell then graduated from Otterbein University with a degree in nursing with minors in leadership studies and nutrition. In my core I am an ER nurse; working in the ER sparked my interest in preventative care. I’m passionate about helping others work towards being the version of themselves they want to be through health and wellness.
My love of yoga and Pilates along with the heated room started in 2020 and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’m looking forward to meeting the community of Union Yoga and getting to know you more!

Hi, I’m Christiana. When I was little I wanted to be a ballerina but instead I got into gymnastics. In college I took my first yoga class and since then I found my way to heated yoga, barre, and Pilates. I enjoy movement of all forms and hope to encourage others to find movement that feels good to them. See you in the hot room! :)

Brooke has been teaching yoga off and on since 2017 and practicing for even longer. Her training is primarily based in vinyasa and Katonah styles. She enjoys teaching slow, sweet classes, utilizing props, breath work and long holds.
Brooke hopes to provide students with new perspectives and insights that inform how they show up in their every day lives, revealing patterns with movement and intention.

Hi, my name is Simi! I have been practicing yoga since 2015. In 2023, I completed my 200 hour RYT in Montezuma, Costa Rica. I began teaching in the hot room in 2024. My love and passion for yoga is rooted in community and a holistic approach to health and life.
Outside the studio, I enjoy spending my time hiking, traveling, cooking, reading, and with family, friends, and my dog Raja.

I’ve been taking yoga and pilates classes for 10 years! Now I am living my life’s purpose in the fitness industry full time since 2023. I’m comprehensively certified in Classical Pilates, personal training, corrective exercise, and sculpt-style formats!
I have a passion for fitness, movement, and helping others transform from the inside out. I truly believe that movement is medicine and will lead everyone to a healthier, happier life. Each experience in the hot room I will push you to show you that you are stronger than you think you are, and promise that you will leave feeling better than when you came in.
When I’m not in the hot room, you can find me on a reformer, lifting in the gym, or reading at home with my two dogs!

Kathy Morgan
Hot Flow Yoga
A 500-hour teacher and Ayurveda-trained; creative flows, deep yin, and restorative nidra.

Kathy Morgan is a 500-hour yoga teacher and 300-hour trained in Ayurveda who believes yoga is more than movement — it’s a space to listen, soften, and come home to yourself. She loves teaching all styles of yoga, with a special passion for creative flows, deep yin, and restorative yoga nidra practices that allow students to slow down and reconnect.
Kathy enjoys physically challenging her students, but her true calling is creating an environment where they feel seen, supported, and safe to grow — both on and off the mat. Outside the studio, Kathy teaches middle school PE and Health at Olentangy Local School District and works as an online fitness and nutrition coach.
When she’s not teaching, you can find her painting, exploring national parks, climbing mountains, and chasing experiences that quite literally take her breath away.

I love working with individuals, and groups — guiding them to cultivate self-awareness, healing to embrace their wholeness, and build healthy self-perceptions. I have been teaching since 2013 & my goal is for every student to leave feeling recharged and more connected to their inner source through connecting body and breath.
Outside the studio you can catch me doing community events like Puppy yoga with local shelters such as Franklin County dog shelter, Dash rescue or a yoga hike at the park. See you on the mat!

For over a decade, Gina has been a dedicated guide in the health and wellness environment, driven by a passion for movement, healthy eating and helping others live their fullest lives. As a 500-hour RYT, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Coach, she offers a wealth of knowledge that bridges the gap between yoga, fitness, and nutrition.
She has spent the last six years and 1,000 hours perfecting her teaching, specializing in dynamic, empowering styles like Power Yoga and her signature Yoga with Weights classes. She believes that true strength also requires stillness, making her instruction in meditation and breathwork essential to her offerings.
A longtime Lewis Center resident, Gina has been married for 30 years! She is a mom to two adult boys in Columbus. She is excited to connect with you and share the tools you need to feel strong, balanced, and vibrant.

Nor’s classes encourage students to step outside their comfort zone to explore and challenge themselves both physically and mentally — whether we’re doing a fast and sweaty flow or making space for deep relaxation and stillness. She loves to create dynamic and challenging sequences that are as fun to practice as they are to teach.
Her passion is making yoga accessible and fun for all bodies and skill levels while testing our boundaries physically and mentally.

Jen Browning

Jen began practicing hot yoga in 2016 as a complement to her running, and it quickly became a passion of its own. After years of practice, in 2026 she completed a 300-hour hot yoga teacher training in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
As a nurse practitioner at The Ohio State University, Jen brings her passion for health and wellness into her teaching. She believes hot yoga offers an opportunity to strengthen the body, quiet the mind, and build resilience.
When she’s not teaching or practicing, Jen enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
